We read everything that comes in
House Planner is a small, independently built tool for planning houses in the browser. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
Reasonable effort is made to reply within a couple of days.
What to get in touch about
- Something isn't working. Tell us what you were doing and what happened — a screenshot helps enormously.
- You can't get into your account. Email from the address you signed up with and we will sort it out.
- Delete my account and data. Say so and it will be removed, along with every plan attached to it.
- A feature you need. The roadmap is shaped by what people ask for.
Feedback from inside the app
There is a ★ Feedback button in the editor toolbar. It takes a star rating and a short message and reaches us directly — the quickest way to send a thought without leaving your plan.
